Whole Home Remodel

This full home renovation transformed a dated floor plan into a bright, modern, and highly functional living space. The project included a complete kitchen remodel with custom cabinetry and an oversized island, three renovated bathrooms, custom trim work, fireplace renovation, upgraded lighting, new flooring, and extensive floor plan reconfiguration. Designed for both everyday living and entertaining, this Franklin remodel showcases quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and timeless finishes throughout.

Dormer Remodel

This custom dormer addition added approximately 648 square feet of living space, transforming an underutilized attic into functional bedrooms, a loft area, and an additional bathroom. The project included structural framing, roofing, siding, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hardwood flooring, and finish carpentry to seamlessly blend the new space with the existing home. The addition was designed to maximize square footage while maintaining the home's original architectural character.

This custom screened-in patio was designed to create a comfortable outdoor living space that can be enjoyed throughout the year. The project included demolition of the existing concrete patio, new footings, a custom 16' x 21' wood-framed structure, cedar posts, asphalt shingle roofing, beadboard ceilings, Hardy siding, and premium screening with bronze aluminum framing. Additional features included a chimney cricket for improved water management, decorative louvered shutters, and pressure-treated decking built for long-term durability. The result is a beautiful outdoor retreat that seamlessly extends the home's living space while providing protection from the elements.

Kitchen Remodel

This kitchen remodel transformed an outdated space into a bright, functional, and highly customized gathering space designed around the homeowners' lifestyle. The project included complete demolition of the existing cabinets, countertops, and tile flooring, relocation of the refrigerator and floor vent, installation of new cabinetry and countertops, updated flooring, drywall repairs, fresh paint, and new fixtures, appliances, and finishes throughout.

A major focus of this project was improving both functionality and storage. We worked closely with the homeowners to redesign the layout and create custom extensions that made the kitchen work better for their family. The existing raised bar top was lowered to a flush countertop height, creating a more open and modern feel. We custom built two additional cabinets to extend the countertop runs, maximizing workspace and storage. We also built a custom floor-to-ceiling pantry along with a breakfast bench featuring flip-top storage, providing practical solutions without sacrificing style.

The finished space offers improved flow, increased storage, and a clean, timeless design tailored specifically to the homeowners' needs.

Tile Shower

This bathroom renovation included the complete demolition of two outdated upstairs tub/shower combinations and the construction of custom walk-in showers. We installed a Schluter waterproofing system and successfully completed a 24-hour flood test to ensure long-term performance and proper waterproofing. To improve accessibility, the shower floors were recessed and paired with built-in benches and grab bars, creating a safer, more comfortable, and handicap-accessible bathing experience while maintaining a clean, modern design.

Custom Wine Bar/Laundry Room

This custom home bar was designed to create a functional and stylish entertaining space. The project features floor-to-ceiling built-in cabinetry, custom shelving with brass display rails, a wood slat accent wall, quartz countertops, integrated wine refrigeration, and glass display cabinets. Thoughtful storage solutions and high-end finishes provide the perfect balance of organization, display space, and everyday usability while creating a bold focal point for the home.
