Dormer Addition

This custom dormer addition added approximately 648 square feet of living space, transforming an underutilized attic into functional bedrooms, a loft area, and an additional bathroom. The project included structural framing, roofing, siding, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hardwood flooring, and finish carpentry to seamlessly blend the new space with the existing home. The addition was designed to maximize square footage while maintaining the home's original architectural character.
