Who We Are
Lane Daniels
Owner & Operator | LD Remodeling LLC
Born and raised in Sebastian, Florida, Lane Daniels is the founder and owner of LD Remodeling LLC, a respected residential home remodeling company serving the greater Middle Tennessee area. Lane's journey began in the U.S. Marine Corps after highschool, where he deployed as part of the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit. His military experience instilled a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and attention to detail—values that continue to guide his work today.
After transitioning out of the Marine Corps, Lane returned to the construction industry, where he had previously gained experience before his military service. Quickly rising to the position of Remodel Foreman, Lane honed his skills in home remodeling, earning a reputation for delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations. After relocating to Tennessee and working in the field for several years, Lane launched LD Remodeling LLC in the beginning of 2022 with the goal of bringing expert craftsmanship and personalized service to homeowners across the greater Middle Tennessee area.
Today, Lane and his team are dedicated to transforming homes with precision and care, creating beautiful, functional spaces that reflect the unique needs and visions of each client.
Travis Rogers
Team Lead | LD Remodeling LLC
Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Travis Rogers moved to Columbia in 2020, where he now lives with his wife of three years. As a skilled laborer at LD Remodeling LLC, Travis brings hands-on expertise, precision, and a strong work ethic to every project he’s a part of.
Travis takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys seeing each project come to life through teamwork and attention to detail. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and exploring new places, always finding inspiration in different settings and experiences.
Katelyn Forrest
Operations Manager | LD Remodeling LLC
Born and raised in Sumter, Florida, Katelyn Forrest serves as the Operations Manager at LD Remodeling LLC. With over a decade of experience in marketing, administration, and client relations, she brings both precision and creativity to every project.
Known for her warm communication style and attention to detail, Katelyn helps keep projects organized and clients informed from start to finish. She thrives on creating a seamless experience for homeowners and takes pride in supporting LD Remodeling’s commitment to quality, reliability, and care.
Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys reading, photography, and exploring Tennessee’s mountains and waterfalls with her husband and their two dogs.
Benjamin Robinson
Apprentice | LD Remodeling LLC
Born and raised in a small town, Benjamin Robinson is a dedicated laborer known for his strong work ethic and hands-on skill. After graduating high school, Benjamin joined the U.S. Navy, where he proudly served for nine years. His military experience taught him the values of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, principles he carries into every job he takes on.
After completing his service, Benjamin returned home and continued doing what he enjoys most: working with his hands and building things that last. Outside of work, he spends his time with friends and family and enjoys fishing and hunting, staying true to his love of the outdoors and simple, hardworking living.
