Screened in Patio

This custom screened-in patio was designed to create a comfortable outdoor living space that can be enjoyed throughout the year. The project included demolition of the existing concrete patio, new footings, a custom 16' x 21' wood-framed structure, cedar posts, asphalt shingle roofing, beadboard ceilings, Hardy siding, and premium screening with bronze aluminum framing. Additional features included a chimney cricket for improved water management, decorative louvered shutters, and pressure-treated decking built for long-term durability. The result is a beautiful outdoor retreat that seamlessly extends the home's living space while providing protection from the elements.
