We helped this client design the layout/extensions so that their kitchen worked perfectly for them! We lowered the bar top flush and we custom built two cabinets to extend both sides of the counters, custom built a stand up pantry with a breakfeast bench with flip top storage.

Demoed front deck.  Poured footings to ensure proper foundation for new craftsman style composite deck with wooden handrail.

Demoed two bathrooms to a blank canvas and installed new flooring lavatories, fixtures and tub/shower combos. Essentially transforming their bathrooms to an elegant, modern space.

Demoed two tub showers upstairs. Installed Schluter waterproofing system and performed 24 hour pan test to assure proper installation. Recessed flooring as well as grab bars and bench making the shower handicap accessible
